Create Portal

Create a Portal that Storage Content can be assigned to and delivered through the Xbot77 Portal system.

Use lowercase letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens. This is the permanent CMS identifier for the Portal.
Shared uses common content. Individual supports client-specific content. Hybrid supports both.
Active Portals are available for Storage Content assignment.
